1.Launch Text Document
2.Select 'Insert->Fields->Other...'
3.Select 'Functions' tab page
4.Double-click the 'Input field' item from the Type list box, 
one 'Input field' dialog pops up
(Each time when double click 'Input field' there will pop up a Input Field 
dialog. This could be also another defect)
5.Close Fields dialog by clicking Close button
6.The Input Field dialog will be left. and now close the 'Input field' dialog 
by clicking the OK button
7.One unrecoverable error occurs

I can reproduce this here easily.  I'll attach a stack dump next.
There's definitely a UI problem here... the Input Field box
should be modal, I bet.

(Max, "works for me" is code for "can't reproduce the bug".
Careful with your words...)

Hi,

I found that this issue is Fixed, but target is OOo 2.0. 
Please consider to include this in OOo 1.1.1 if possible.

No, won't be fixed for OO 1.1.1. Crash only insisted by "improper" use
of dialog / field feature.
