JA: After installing the srx645m6 on wntmsci8.pro and unxsols4.pro I wasn't able
to get the crash reporter started by sending SIG_SEGV to the soffice process or
by starting the application itself.

Reason is that bootstrap.ini (bootstraprc) do not contain a server
entry. This is O.K. for a non-release OOo build.

As discussed with Martin there's an additional change needed in
settings.mk to make the build special define available.
