1. Select a column in a spreadsheet
2. Hit context menue key on keyboard : cell context menue pops up
3. Rightclick on selected column : column context menue pops up

I need to be more precise:

Rightclick onto header shows column context menue
With context menue key, there´s no way to open column context menue,
whether a whole column is highlighted or not.

So I don´t think, it´s a defect or something else.

Yes, you see this right: The context key acts like a right-click on
the cell selection. Since it is not possible to select the column
header itself, there is no way to open the context menu with keyboard.
