Code needs to enable/disable label as well as button.

Fixed. Needed to define a common name for label: fsonly, and add code
to enable/disable.

testcase: On opening any of the assign dialogs both the "Browse"
button and the label beneath it "filesystem only", should be greyed
out/disabled. Selecting location=filesystem, language=beanshell, but
button & label should be black/enabled.
