There is a display bug in the uploaded document related to teh 
commands overbrace and underbrace.  The display bug exists both in 
Linux and Windows.  Id is not present unles the document is alrge.  
The table with underbrace & over can be copy / paste into an empty 
document, and will then display correctly. 
 
An issue on this will be posted seperately.

The problem with the display bug seems to have been resolved.  Either it was a
user/configuration error or OpenOffice bugfixes corrected the problem.  The
document works now.
