To simulate:

1. Open a writer document.
2. In the function bar, select the "Yellow A" icon
3. Right click to bring up the menu.
4. Select customize

An unrecoverable error happens.

Similarly, select to customize the background also generates an unrecoverable 
error.

Closed because Excel 95 Filters will not be developed anymore.
