After installing the Scripting Framework on OpenOffice.org 1.1 Beta 2, the
Xml Filter Options menu item is no longer available in the tools menu. This is
because the menu configuration xml files delivered with the Scripting Framework
are not in sync with the current menu items of OpenOffice.org.

Saved the menus from a fresh OpenOffice 1.1 Beta 2 install and added
the Scripting Add-ons menu items, so existing menu items should not
now get clobbered.

verified fixed on SF0.3 rc4, windows and Solaris (OO.org and SO)
