A simple script editor is needed for editing scripts that do not require
compilation.

A new Edit/Debug Scripts... menu item has been added which brings up
dialog where users can choose to edit BeanShell or Rhino scripts.

Adding requires_documentation flag

changing issue type to task - i.e. add documentation
when documentation added please close issue - reopening issue

This has been documented in the Scripting Framework 0.3 release
documentation so I'm marking this as fixed.
