Importing an RTF in OOo 1.1 some paragraphs imported with "page breaks before
paragraph" style.
With OOo 1.0.x (Word, WordPad) the import is OK.

This was reported on OOo 1.1beta2 on RedHat.
I can verify with OOo 1.1beta and 644m11 on WinXP.

I can reproduce the problem on 1.1 Rc4 win XP

one page of rtf file at MS Word XP become 14 page on OOo

MRU->CMC: some of the paragraphs have got the property "page break
before" after import. Obviously we can import it correctly, when a new
version with WW is created.

Hmm, I see the problem. The document has no sections in it at all, but
lots of page margin setting tokens all over the place, so the filter
gets a bit excited and thinks that every attempt to set the page
margins requires a new section. Which is fairly reasonable (though
wrong), its a messy rtf document. All the paragraphs which have a page
break inserted before them have page style margin setting tokens in them.

Fixed in kilkennyfilterteam14 for 2.0.
