Graphics inserted from a JPEG file into a document get 'line art' elements and
text mangled on export to PDF from the writer component.

It looks like the image is being heavily resampled into a lower resolution and
so has artefacts introduced that make the image look like a bad scan or photocopy.

I'm currently downloading beta 2 to see if this issue has been resolved.
