* start the report auto pilot
* select Bibliography/biblio, as well as 3 arbitrary columns
* press "Next" 4 times, reaching the "Layout" page this way
* press "Back" 2 times
* press "Next" 2 times
* press "Back" 2 times
* press "Next", reaching the sort page this way.
  Note that the document in the background behaves as if you reached the layout
  page - the table for the report is already added (this normally happens only
  when you enter the layout page)
* press "Next"
