Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 14764
Lithuanian locale minor corrections
Last modified: 2013-08-07 15:00:08 UTC
"Lithuanian (Lithuania)" entry in Locale setting drop-down menu in Options/Language Settings/Languages should be just "Lithuanian", as this language is officially spoken in only one country (Lithuania). The same for Default currency drop-down - "LTL Lt Lithuanian (Lithuania)" -> "LTL Lt Lithuanian", and in "Default languages for documents: Western" - "Lithuanian (Lithuania)" -> "Lithuanian".
DL->ER: Could you please takeover?
Accepted, CC'ing Liz for UI-String correction, lowering priority to P4.
Does target milestone really must be 2.0? It's so minor string correction, I think it wouldn't break things if it would be corrected in OOo 1.1.
Liz->ER/acrozy: Sorry, the target must remain 2.0 due to the fact that this is not a major issue and entering it into the resource files now is too late for the translation of the resources, which has already been done for 1.1. Since this is a minor change it does not justify the expense and organizing of a translation project for up to 20 languages. I AGREE that "Lithuanian (Lithuania)" should be just "Lithuanian".
