In my version I cannot assign document-embedded macros to Basic dialogs. Only 
the global library is visible in the assign macro dialog of the Basic Dialog 
Editor.
Is this a removed feature or a bug?

To be more precise: document-embedded dialogs cannot be programmed.
This is a show-stopper for macro programming of templates!

In my version I cannot assign document-embedded macros to document-
embedded Basic dialogs. Only the global library is visible in the 
assign macro dialog of the Basic Dialog Editor when it is used with a 
document-embedded dialog.

jsk->tbe: I believe this your task to fix.

I set the target to 1.1 rc and changed priority to 4 

@dschulten:
please use p1 only for crashes w. dataloss, p4 is enough to get this
issue fixed for the designated target.
Do you have a document to demonstrate the problem? This would make
sure that the fix really applies.
