Sheets saved with Protect Workbook Structure (Excel XP) cannot be opened.  

Error message:
Error loading document file:///C:/test.xls:
Read-Error.
This file is password-protected..

After clicking OK it will not open.  However, in excel the file can be opened
without a password.

How to reproduce:
Open Excel XP new sheet
Tools/Protection/Protect Workbook...
Select 'Structure' and enter password
Confirm and save
Attempt to open in OO.

Hi,

this is not a bug.

Microsoft Excel uses a default password to encrypt the file if protect
workbook structure is set. As Microsoft is not willing to share the
algorithm with the world, we can't open such documents.
