Description nrad6949 2003-05-07 02:07:16 UTC
Thai Language can type in Bi-Di mode (Right-to-left) but usually it isn't
because Thai language must type in Left-to-right mode.

Sawasdee, of course everyone that has CTL enabled (mandatory for Thai)
has the ability to write RTL (in any language/script).
Nothing wrong with this I guess (as long as newly created languages
use the right text direction setup, like LTR for Thai locale).
