No file dialog shows up when the "print to file" option is selected.  It is
therefore impossible to print to a file with the current 1.1 Beta version.  I've
encountered this problem in both the Windows and Linux (x86) versions.

The file dialogue pops up after you press OK now. This was done to
make the handling more streamlined as nobody understood the first
change of the dialogue, where you had to press the "..." button to pop
up the file dialogue.
