* unzip the attached bugdoc.zip to a directory of your choice
* create a dBase data source pointing to this directory, name it "bug"
* open the attached bugdoc.sxw. It contains a form with one sub form and two
"sub sub forms"
* switch off design mode, if necessary, so that the forms get loaded
* focus a control in the "parents" form
* press the "form base filter" button in the navigation toolbox
=> GPF
