Document Properties provided via File > Properties are not saved properly in
DocBook. I.e. the text appears (like author, subject, keywords) but not inside
of child-elements of <articleinfo>

Yes. It would be great to get that also via the UI but DocBook XML is
an external filter and the <articleinfo> does not match with that tags
OpenOffice.org is using in its file format.
