Confusing context menue for template management

The context menues in the "Template management" dialogue seem to be a little confusing. If a template (file) is selected, the contexkt menue shows "Import...". because this is in context menue, the user expects, hat import is doing something with the selected template. ... but this is wrong. "Import" should only be available for folders. Furthermore it is not obvious, what "Update" is about. A reorder of the menuitems could be helpfull. At the moement Update (working on the list) is between "Printer settings" and "Set as default" (both working on the template).

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on my owner to the owner "requirements".
