While working through the services.rdb entries I've noticed a number of
different namespace issues:
Beanshell runtime: com.sun.star.scripting.runtime.... (ie scripting not script)
SecurityDialog: servicename is com.sun.star not drafts.com.sun.star

This task will also cover bundling the scripting framework into 2
shared libraries, one for the core of the scripting framework (
storage, provider, runtime ), the other for the protocol handling...
My reduce this to 1 library in the future. This should make
integration into install of openoffice a little less painfull
