IZ migration assigns open issues to "guest" as not all IZ accounts have
corresponding Tigris/Helm accounts.

The attached mapping table covers only sun.com IZ accounts. Please make sure 
collab.net accounts are properly migrated and others will be notified by 
the appropriate communication (personal email or web pages on OOo).

Please find the table attached. I created some new helm accounts on t-OOo 
as they didn't exist. They are not yet available on the inst box - sc-OOo.

I would like to suggest
- Migrate helm accounts to SC on inst box (for testing purposes)
- Migrate IZ to inst box (for testing purposes)

I assume that IZ migration FIRST looks in the provided mapping table.
If no entry from the table matches, the IZ account is compared to helm 
email address.

What happens if no matching entry is found in the table and in helm 
accounts to submitter/owner?

still open on inst box.
I don't think that my mapping table was used.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved
<wontfix/duplicate/worksforme/invalid> issues. Please see this posting for details.
