Clicking the "projects" link in the navbar on 
http://www.openoffice.inst.collab.net/
leads to a login prompt. I guess a login shouldn't be required here.

P3 -> P1 because
Unregistered Users should be able to view all project home pages, but how should
someone find the project homepages without following this link?

This is a bit of malformed WebMacro logic in the nav bar. I will fix.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved
<wontfix/duplicate/worksforme/invalid> issues. Please see this posting for details.
