Image height and width attributes should be specified in HTML export.  I was
thinking of this in the context of Powerpoint export but really it goes for all
HTML export.  

It helps speed up rendering time, this is especially true in documents with
tables and nested tables.  It used to make a big difference in Netscape 4.x and
although it does not make much differnce in modern browsers there is no harm in
addding it and there will always be a few people around with legacy browsers.
