1/ launch OO Writer with a blank page
2/ create a section (Heading 1), some text, and an internal link to the section 
title (see attachement file bug_internal_link.sxw)
3/ verify that the internal link works : ok
4/ save as a word 97/2000 file (see attachement file bug_internal_link.doc)
5/ exit OO Writer and launch MS Word 2000 and open the Word file 
(bug_internal_link.doc)
6/ The link is void

Known issue, already fixed in OO 1.1 RC4.
