Description gvfarns 2003-04-14 03:00:31 UTC
When using alt-tab to switch between openoffice and other applications (such as
a web browser), the "file" pull down menu is highlighted and left highlighted.
It gets annoying because when you alt-tab back to OOo, you have to click inside
of the window in order to un-highlight the menu before you can start typing.

pressing <alt> does and should highlight this menu, but some way must be figured
out so that it doesn't remain highlighted when <tab> is pressed and passed to
the window manager

This happens both in KDE and GNOME. I am using Redhat 9. I would have thought
that the problem was with the OS, but no other applications exhibit this behavior.

I am using build 644m7, although I believe that OOo Beta1 does the same thing.

This does not occur in windows (I think)
