.pps files cannot be viewed while double-clicking through some
Explorer Window. Some soffice Error window appear :
<< The application cannot be started.
Unable to create instance ofcum.star.office.SplashScreen
     OK

Using File Open + browsing and selecting the .pps is currently some
work-around.

I can't reproduce the bug.
Please write a step by step description how to reproduce the bug.

I Test it again and still can't reproduce it.
Please have a look if the bug still occures in the OOo1.1Beta2 which
will be available soon.
