ZoomText reads disabled toolbox items without telling about its disabled state
(whereas for menu items it does). Additionally, it seems that the menu bar
implementation does not listen for status changes (enabled/disabled) of toolbox
items.

To reproduce this:
- in Writer
- "Insert - Section"
- check "Protected" in the dialog
- Ok
- set the text cursor in the section
- travel with F6 in the toolbars to reach the disabled "Object bar"
- travel through its items with tab.

ZoomText will not fix them for OOo1.1. So we're retargeting them to 2.0.

Sorry for my last comment, which was nonsense. ZoomText will not fix them for
OOo2.0. So we're retargeting them to OOo later.
