Steps:

1) Create a presentation.
2) Choose Slide Show | Slide Show Settings.
3) Check Navigator Visible.
4) Click OK.
5) Run the slide show.

Observed: Navigator doesn't appear.
Expected: Navigator to appear.

Notes: This worked in 1.0.2. Without Navigator, live mode is unavailable.

I see this problem generally, not just with a particular 
presentation, but I've attached a simple one that demonstrates it.

I can't reproduce the bug.
I test th4 attached file in a Win 2000 and see the navigator after
starting the presentation.
Please test the bug again in the OOo1.1Beta2 which will be available soon.
Please tell me which win 2000 service pack do you use.

I'm using Windows 2000 Pro SP2.

I instaled SP2 on my win 2000 but I still can't reproduce the bug.

I'm still seeing this behavior in 1.1Beta 2. Please let me know what 
additional information I should provide to help nail this down.
