similar to the existing menu entry [Help|Support], a new entry should be added
saying [..|Community Support]. There, you could list the .org website, newsgroups,
cd-rom distributors, etc.

The Issue you raised is currently 'Unconfirmed' pending review, but has not been
updated within the last 3 years. Please consider re-testing with one of the
latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.

In my current installation of ubuntu Gutsy, there -is- a menu point [Help|Get
help online...] that leads to:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/+sources/openoffice.org/+gethelp
But it seems that this is feature implemented by the ubuntu team and not a
native feature from the OO.org dev team?! (Please correct me if I am wrong.)

I suggest to make this menu entry a default feature of OO.org and to let the
user (and Linux distributor) decide to where it should point via the options
dialogue. Suggested default for any vanilla OO.org installation should be:

Yes, the "Get Help online" is a emptry from ubuntu and exist only at the ubuntu
version. The vanilla version has a Menu emptry named Support. It links to a
Helpcontent who list the different supports. Commercial and community. For my
point of view this is enought
