I have downloaded and installed the OpenOffice v1.1beta. This time I was very
optimist that I can see my native language bengali displaying properly in OO
because of it's new feature CTL. Yes, it is working good (much better than the
previous one, which could not show at all), but yet, not so perfect. I am using
redhat 8.0, in which GNOME supports displaying complex bengali glyps and input
in unicode charecters (using ben). That was almost near to perfect. Now the
problem is Openoffice is not displaying the bengali glyps perfectly when I use
unicode bengali keyboard layout ('ben'). But if I write a file in gedit and open
it in OO, in most of the cases, it can show it perfectly. Even if I open the
file, written in OO (which did not shown properly in OO), in gedit, it can show
perfectly. So, the main proble arises, when I try to write in OpenOffice. Other
than it is good (still some improvement needed). Plz fix the problems before the
final release of OpenOffice v1.1.
