When there is no address book defined and you select mail merge, a dialog shows
up with the text:

'No data source has been set up yet. You need a data source, such as a database,
to supply data (for example, names and addresses) for the fields?
[OK] [Help]'

The second sentence starts as a factual statement but ends as a question.
However the question can only be answered with 'OK'.

Suggested text:

'No data source has been set up yet. You need a data source, such as a database,
to supply data (for example, names and addresses). Do you want to set up a data
source now?
[Help] [Don't set up] [Set up]'

Fix -> The question mark has been simply replaced by a period.
