The files installed in ~/OpenOffice.org1.1Beta/user/config are copied there
on first invocation of soffice as read-only files.  This is unexpected and
makes it impossible to save additional colors.

These files should be writable by their owner!

It's a known issue, will be fixed for the next Beta version. Inhouse
the fix is in CWS setup05.
