I created an empty workbook using POI and tried to load it into OpenOffice to
just make sure the file was valid, and OpenOffice dumped core.  I assume this
was probably because the workbook had no sheets in it.  I loaded the same file
into Microsoft excel and it didn't complain.  I guess my comment is that
openoffice should not crash under this condition.

Hi,

please attach the file in question, otherwise we have no chance to
reproduce this behaviour.
