Steps:

1) Open the Data Sources window: View | Data Sources.
2) Ctrl-Double Click on it or Ctrl-drag the title bar.

Observed: Nothing happens.
Expected: Window to undock.

this is no bug, this is intentional. It has been decided this way
because an undocked data source window causes several usability
problems (such as: which copy/paste slots to use? The one from the
data source window? The one from the mail toolbox?), which could not
be solved in an iontuitive way.
