linux 9.0 Mandrake with KDE

When a pop up is active in OO application (ie writer), it is not possible to 
clik into an another inactive windows whatever the application in this windows.

To unblock this situation, I have to to click in the active windows (OO 
application) before to click into the windows of the inactive application.

this behaviour does not occur with non OO application

This is not an API issue, it is a GSL (VCL) issue.
