OOo 1.1b, W98SE Spanish, Duron 1300, 384 Mb.

When I open the TOOLS menu, click on CONFIGURE, and go to the keyboard tab, I
*immediately* get an UNRECOVERABLE ERROR message that closes the app, 100%
reproducible. All other tabs work fine. 

The same happens in SO 6.1b, not in OOo 1.0.2.

If needed I can try in a machine with WME and Intel. Don´t have an XP though.

I get the same on W95, W95 upgraded to W98, and on W98SE.  Haven't 
yet been able to test on Linux.

FYI: doesn't crash on linux.
confirming issue (although I didn't try out myself on Windows).
raising priority to P2 (fix before release + major loss of functionality)
