This bug collates (and expands on!) the following issues:
12237 - should not use tools-configure with scripting framework
12033 - no help currently available for scripting framework
11994 - top level menu window in assign script to menu should be read only
11990 - cannot assign binding to top most item of sub menu
11992 - cannot create a new top level menu

Assign to Noel to work on the integration of the Scripting Framework
with StarBasic. Covers common container implementation, UI integration
issues.

Initial integration work carried out under this issue, subsequent work
carried out with seperate task. Common container is not covered by
this issue, will be covered by a seperate issue for milestone 2 [
impacts with DBO PkgMgr API/GUI ]

Jorge, this bug is a general catch-all for integration of StarBasic
into the scripting framework and integration of the scripting
framework into the install.

The issues,bugs and comments that are mentioned though are valid (
except for common container ) and help ( i12033 ).

As this task depends on a number of subtasks i suggest moving this
issue to the next cws.I will not be able to fully test this until all
subtasks have been completed.

closed all dependant subtasks with the exception of 12033. 12033 has been
removed from the dependcies. As such this issue be verified and closed
