I have Redhat 8.0, and Mozilla 1.3 installed from RPM's. 
I ran the install script for Office 1.1b build 644. Now when I launch the Mozilla web browser and 
try to type in the title bar, the app freezes. The mozilla app window stays but will not update. This 
did not happen right before the install. 
Even after trying to reinstall mozilla from the rpms, I still have the same problem. 
I'm not actually sure what to do aside from rebuild the system.

I can't reproduce. Mozilla 1.3.1 is running with out problems after
OOo1.1Beat2 installation. I would assume that the problem is somewhere
else: You have written that you have reinstalled mozilla and problem
still occurs. So the damaged files should have been overwritten and
mozilla should work again.
