Offending file

The attached file creates a reproducible crash of OpenOffice 4.1.3 upon opening on my Acer Windows 7 PC. I have tried to delete the lock files and open with the same result. The file is an original .odt file. The template was copied from an earlier, much larger volume which still opens without problems.

Not reproduce with AOO 4.1.3 and Win 7 x64 Pro Edition
