problem with opening the file

Hello,
I have the same issue across various Open Office Writer documents. The system doesn't open the file and it can't locate the problem - the program crashes. I have created this document from scratch in Open Office only twice and every time the problem occurs...

Not reproduce, your document opens fine with AOO 4.1.3 and Win7 x64 Pro edition.
