load attach writer document and insert a section at the appropriate postion.
Then undo the 'insert section' action. After the undo the two-columned section
leaves splitted.
Workaround: save and reload resolves the splitted section.

Bug cause: In method <SwSectionFrm::MoveCntntAndDelete(..)> a parent
section merge is only initiated, if the section contains content. On
action 'undo insert section' the content of the section is already
deleted, when this method is called.
Proposed fix: Check for parent section merge, even if the section
doesn't contain content, in method <SwSectionFrm::MoveCntntAndDelete(..)>.
