There is a problem with moving a chart legend after the legend has been
previously moved to the chart area.  After clicking on the legend, the chart
itself is moved rather than the legend.  It appears that the chart data area has
preferential focus. The problem also occurs occasionally with the column chart,
depending on the focus.

To see this problem, open an x-y chart in Calc with the legend included.  Move
the legend from the default position on to the chart area itself. Now click away
from the legend.  Click on the legend again and it will be found to be
immoveable except when the chart is resized.

(Problem was confirmed in Linux, Windows XP, and Windows 2000)

I know, selection handling in charts is a pain.  In OOo 1.1 you will
be able to select objects via keyboard.  Press Tab until the legend is
selected, and then move it with the cursor keys.

We will completely rework the mouse selection handling in OOo 2.0. It
will become more logical and of course the legend will be selected, if
you click on it.

In the new chart selecting the legend has become easier. However, if the
background of the legend is unfilled and you click on a part of the legend that
does not contain a label or symbol, you still cannot select the legend. I don't
know if this can be fixed (the drawing-layer HitObj function does AFAIK not
handle this)

I think we still have the problems with a legend without filling. It seems to me
that this could become quite an effort to implement, so I will retarget this to
'Office Later'
