I would like Impress to auto-size the fonts when the content begins to overflow 
the slide frame. Currently, I have to manually adjust the size. This way, I can 
keep creating the slide and Impress would take care of the layout for me by 
calculating the optimal font-size for fitting the text to the page.




This feature was introduced for the first time in Powerpoint 2000 I think.

Yes, that feature is very helpful. Currently there is no senseful
restriction at typing text in textobjects.

Sorry, this issue has to be retargeted, as the edit-engine is no Q-keyfeature.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
