Reproducible with build AOO410m18(Build:9764)  -  Rev. 1589052 on English UI with Chinese locale on Windows 7

Steps:
1. Open attached .xlsx file which has some cells which width is 0
2. Check cell R6, R20, R21, .. (the width of column R is 0)

Problem: the cell content "男" show unexpectedly

(a) For me column width with AOO is 0,02 cm, where it's not unexpected to see 
    the contents. As far as I know only column width = 0,00 makes contents hidden.
(b) small, but > 0  column width for column R and hidden contents shown with 
    MS Excel Viewer, Kingsoft spreadsheet, SoftMaker Spreadsheet
(c) Normal column width shown with Gnumeric
(d) problem already visible with OOo 3.3.0
(e) problem might be how much real column with may be bigger than 0 until 
    AOO shows cell contents?
(f) The problem is not limited to XLSX import, with column width 0,02cm also
    in an .ods cell contents will be visible

I agree with comment 2, especially for item (e). 
It is expected to see content when column width >= threshold > 0, the problem is what the value of this threshold is.
