On "Apache OpenOffice"   in 
Project Management PMC Navigation Panel   behind string
"Project Blog" the hyperlink leads to <https://blogs.apache.org/OOo/>
where only appears an error message 
"Sorry! Wir haben das von Ihnen angeforderte Dokument nicht gefunden"

Yes, blog is back, so it seems blog simply was down for a while
