I just tried the link and it leads to the HTML version of the 3.4.0 release notes as intended. Unless I am mis-understanding your intent I would say that this cannot be confirmed and should be Resolved as not an issu and closed.

Above behind "URL: you find the link you clicked
  On page you reach clicking URL above 
   you find 2 texts from report what contain hyperlinks
    obth hyperlinks lead to not existing web pages

Thanks for tha clarification Rainer. I can confirmt hat the link to the Italian translation and the blog link to eric.bachard.org dealing with improved SVG support are broken.

It seems that this got broken with the upgrade of the Confluence Wiki.

2. Eric's blog.

It's completely offline. Therefore I've deleted the link.
