On above mentioned page (and many others) Headings like "Provide a meaningful summary" are without visible emphasis compared to normal text, so that the contents looks rather unclear.
I think Heading Level "H4" is not prominent enough

structure looks much better with Heading Level "H2" for similar paragraph headings
