Download of Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.0_Win_x86_install_en-US.exe_1566800.exe incredible slow 2014-02-12 05:15 UTC, expected download time >> 1h. All my other connections have the expected speeed (Apache_OpenOffice_4.0.1_Win_x86_install_en-US.exe from Sourceforge << 3 minutes)

Today still not optimal, but 10 times faster than yesterday

Note that people.apache.org is expected to be slower than SourceForge, since it's not meant to serve downloads to the general public. Upload speed to people.apache.org was also discussed on the dev list recently.
