Assigned to Martin because he's most probably doing/coordinating the merges
for mws_srx644.

I finished a W32-4nt build of mws_srx644, but it needed the following changes:

Use the cws_srx644_ooo11beta version for:
  external/ado
  external/atl
  external/glibc
