In the version of 644 I downloaded on 3/15/03, selecting the keyboard tab of the
configure menu causes writer to crash with the unrecoverable error:
Soffice has caused an error in VCL644MI.DLL.

i can see this error in 644_m4 on Win98 SE

This also happens in version 1.1Beta, although it just says and
unrecoverable error has occured without specifying where the error
happened.  I assume it is the same error.  Still using windows ME.

Problem is reproducible in a recent internal 644 build !

There was a bug in the UNICOWS.DLL that overwrote the stack. Could be
workarounded in vcl07.
